II. Abstract

The other day while reading an article in the local Liberian Newspaper called “Daily Observer” on Vision2030 I was inspired to start a new project entitled “Towards Africa’s Golden Age of Destiny”. This project’s goal is to call all citizens of Liberia to get involved in the process of ensuring a better post-war Liberia. Moved by this call for the past 20 years (2004 to 2024), we have become overwhelmed with concerns about our nation’s future and the possibility of a Unified Africa as the New United States of Africa (U.S.A.). Since the aftermath of our national Ebola crisis, the TLF Foundation has decided to dedicate itself to this cause. Allow us to share our thoughts and recommendations on this new vision of hope for the rise of a New True Liberia, called Vision2030.

In this article, we wish to share our urgent comments regarding the way forward for Vision 2030 in the wake of our C-CIMS infested national crisis. Our next election year will be 2029 so it will be this President’s ultimate destiny to fulfill Liberia’s unfulfilled responsibility as a Destiny Nation for Africa (DNA). As we celebrate the results of this recent Election 2023, with H.E. Joseph Boakai as our 25th President, we have only 5 years left to make this VISION 2030 our collective MISSION as a Nation of Destiny for Africa. However, to fulfill this Mission properly the next Political Party will need a VISION, and new CORE VALUES centered on GODISM to fulfill this mandate. We believe our national history clearly reflects the reality of God’s love and expectation for Liberia to fulfill this destiny for Africa. In our last book entitled “TLFF Booklet Series on Scientific Godism Introductory Summary”, we outlined why we believe Liberia is a Nation of Destiny for Africa.  As a former member of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission here in Liberia, the co-founder of the TLF Foundation, Amb Rev Gerald B. Coleman came to realize Liberia is “A Nation of Destiny for Africa” and has dedicated 44 years of his life in search of Peace-Loving Global Citizens of Liberia who could assist in the realization of this MISSION, centered on the VISION and CORE PRINCIPLES of “Living For the Sake of Others”[1].

Therefore, the urgent comments shared in this article are also in line with the Foundation’s personal research and educational Public Information Campaign (PIC) towards preparing a New Liberian Leadership Class (LLC) capable of ushering this great nation into its Golden Age of Destiny. This Golden Age prophesy was first made about 100 years ago by our own Liberian Prophet William Harris, called the D. Twe Prophesy. 

III. An Introduction and Overview of Vision2030 as I see it:

After reading Vision 2030 I took away the following core goals and objectives:

• It seeks to see a fully reconciled and unified Liberia by 2030 (national unity)…

• It seeks to ensure a healthy and vibrant economy able to provide enough jobs for most if not all to work and prosper (full employment…Economic Co-prosperity)

• It seeks to empower the local Liberian Business Community (Liberalization with diversity… Freedom, Liberty & Justice for All)

• Vision 2030 envisions a free, just, and transparent society with a set of core values among which is a strong sense of nationalism or patriotism including the full empowerment of women and youth by 2030.

IV. My General Comments Regarding Restorative Justice in Liberia and Vision 2030:

The core principle of Liberia’s Vision2030 is “ONE PEOPLE, ONE NATION, UNITED FOR SUSTAINABLE PEACE AND DEVELOPMENT[2]”

My first impression of Vision2030 was its overwhelming concern for the social and economic development of the nation and its people without reconciliation of its past. I felt, however; if we truly want this development process to be self-sustaining and not lead to future national conflicts as in the past, then we must ensure that the universal human development[3] of all Liberians is priority number one. By universal human development, I mean the development of the essence of what we are as human beings, not just the development of our technical abilities and skills.

We are spiritual beings destined to live on earth as children of God our invisible heavenly Parents, so our collective heart and character development centered on goodness and true love for each other must take priority if Vision 2030 is to be sustainable. Look around you, who has made post-war “Mama Liberia” what she is today – An undignified Child of the Harlot Nation-States linked to America and England[4]? We, as children of Mama Liberia, have done this to her. Every one of us destroyed the oldest independent Nation in Africa, built on Religious Principles. We did it out of ignorance of God our Heavenly Parents and a lack of love for each other. In I John 4:20 we are told the following:

" If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen" I John 4:20

Imagine if LORD JESUS was on Earth today in the flesh as our True Parents, how many so-called “born again Christians” would recognize Him, let alone attend him? It is easy to believe in  a GOD that you have not or cannot see but it is most difficult to believe in a Living-Loving God, yet the very bible prophesies as follows:

“And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4 ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’[a] or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” NIV, Rev 21:3-4

5 He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” 6 He said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost [5](the bible says seek, ask and knock) from the spring of the water of life( it is this spring that feeds and nurtures the Tree of Life in the midst of the Garden of Eden). 7 Those who are victorious (in Rev 3:12 LORD Jesus through the Holy Spirit promised to reveal three things to these victors: 1. The name of His God, 2. the name of the city of His God, and 3. His own New Name) will inherit all this, and I will be their God and they will be my children (this will happen via the Blessing of True Parents, as the "face of God" mentioned in Rev 22:4). NIV, Rev 21:5-7

Liberia's twenty-four-year (24-year) civil conflict (1979 to 2003) period was the result of our spiritual immaturity and lack of heart and love for God our Heavenly Parents and each other. Though we are the oldest independent nation in Africa built on religious Principles, Satan easily confused us and abused us simply because of our ignorance. In this state of ignorance, we have become a Church Going Nation under the Dominion of Evil. This was especially true for our collective elected Liberian Leadership Class (LLC) both political and religious. Until this ignorance and immaturity are resolved or properly reconciled,  we cannot be victorious as a nation-state built on Religious Principles.

Today we are attempting to celebrate our bicentennial as the oldest independent democratic nation in Africa, ruled solely by people of negro descent. Yet an honest assessment of our achievements, as "One Nation, Indivisible with Liberty and Justice for All[6]", over the past 200 years, since the liberation of our pioneers from slavery in America, will show that our elected Liberian Leadership Class (LLC) has achieved nothing substantial[7], relative to the Ideal of Good Governance. Instead, we stand in front of the Global Community as a FAILED STATE washed in the BLOOD OF JESUS! Why? Because we foolishly choose violence over peaceful dialogue as a conflict resolution strategy. How do we differ from CAIN and ABEL 6000 Biblical years ago in Adam’s Family, where CAIN brutally murdered his younger brother, Abel, even after Heavenly Parents personally warned him of S.I.N. (Satan) crouching at his mind’s door (Gen 4:7)?

Since the beginning of human history, mankind has lived in a state of perpetual conflict instead of reconciling their differences via reasoning centered on God’s True Love. Starting from the very first human family of Adam and Eve until now[8], all we have seen globally is conflict and struggle. Our diversity has been repeatedly seen as grounds for struggle instead of opportunities for beauty, growth, and peaceful co-existence. We are a Church going, and Mosque attending society, with many Society Bush Traditions. Yet lacking a true understanding of God as our Heavenly Parents, we are worshippers of the Devil and slaves to S.I.N. (selfish individual nature). We all need to be reborn physically as True Children of God our Heavenly Parents through their Final Avatar of Christ Energy (F.A.C.E.) the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind. Since the resurrection of the Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit 2000 years ago, Rev Dr. Sun Myung Moon and Dr. Hak-Ja Han-Moon are the first Holy Prophetic Couple who have appeared on Planet Earth in the name of Lord Jesus Christ & the Holy Spirit with Divine Principles as the Words of God capable of guiding all humankind into the restored Garden of Eden on Earth. Read Rev 21:1-8. 

In Liberia, the greatest minds and hearts amongst our leadership class have repeatedly overlooked our national destiny or National Founding Spirit (see figure 1 below) to be a model nation of “Freedom, Liberty, and Justice for all people of colored descent. Here in Africa". We left Racism in America and created Tribalism here in Africa centered on Christ and Allah. How shameful is that! Even today, centered on that failure to love each other as brothers and sisters, we have become famous, not as the oldest independent nation in African history, but as the oldest Harlot Nation-State of Cannibals built on Christian Principles in African history.

This pattern will never change if we continue to ignore, especially in post-Election2023, the importance of our spiritual heritage as a nation of destiny for Africa. Therefore, I personally as a former member of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Liberia, call for the rise of a New Liberia, a Third Republic, instead of the resurrection of the Old Liberia. The Old Liberia failed its national destiny; both the 1st Republic centered on the Americo-Liberians, and the recently constituted 2nd Republic centered on Indigenous Liberians… neither group of Liberians has learned the lessons of history.  The two Republics have both failed Heaven’s plane and hope for Liberia. As with Adam's Family, we have gone full circle with violence bearing no good results for any of us.

In 1980 CAIN (Samuel K. Doe) killed ABEL (William R. Tolbert the Baptish Head of State of Liberia). Ten years later in 1990, ABEL (centered on Charles Taylor/Ellen Johnson Sirleaf of NPFL and their indigenous allies Prince Johnson of INPFL) killed CAIN (Samuel K. Doe the Devil Worshipping Head of State of Liberia). Neither the Americo/Congo Liberian nor the Indigenous/native Liberians can save us from our Selfish Individual Nature (S.I.N.), a nature I have diagnosed in my recent book[9] as C-CIMS (A Culture of Corruption Impunity to the Rule of Law, Life and Love centered on an ingrain Selfish Individual Nature). Godism refers to this selfish nature as FALLEN NATURE linked to our collective blood lineage as Children of the Devil (John 8:44) seeking to become Children of God. Remember Lord Jesus' words to the chosen people of Israel and their leaders:

“Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own; for he is a liar, and the father of it" John 8:44

It was these bold words that led to Lord Jesus' Death at the hands of those he loved. In 2010 the TRC submitted its final report to the people of Liberia, through the then CCIMS-infested Leadership Class[10] of the Unity Party, headed by H.E. Ellen Johnson Sirleaf (Noble Laureate). In that report, we specifically warned the Liberian People not to let the men and women of violence become their elected leaders[11]. This advice was not taken.

As a result, both the Leadership of Liberia’s 1st and 2nd Republic have been unable to reconcile or transform our Culture of Violence into a Culture of Peace. In this way, I see no need for retributive justice in today’s Liberia centered on special courts… that ship has sunk! We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Rom 3:23). Instead, I recommend the rebuilding of a New True Liberia under True Parent’s Vision 2027. We need to resurrect a New True Liberia out of the ashes of the Old False Liberia!  For as the bible rightly says in Luke 5:37: “And no man putteth new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst the bottles, and be spilled, and the bottles shall perish”.

Twice now we the Peace-Loving Global Citizens of Mother Liberia here in Africa have tried to resurrect the Old Liberia by putting New Wine into the Old Wine Skin and both the 1st Republic and the 2nd Republic died a painful death, out of sheer ignorance; so, to resurrect it without a major paradigm shift of consciousness centered on the True Love of God, would only lead to future failures again and again. Why? Because we lack a leadership class capable of resolving our national crisis.  We need to remember our heritage as a Nation of Destiny for Africa.

Only Restorative Justice can guide us now, not Retributive Justice. We need to simply and collectively forgive each other, learn how to love each other, and re-unite into “One Nation under God”  based on receiving the “Spirit of Truth” from our “Holy Mother Han” (H.E. Dr Hak-Ja Han-Moon), the Cosmic Queen of Peace. Any attempt to focus on further retributive justice when we have all fallen short of heaven’s expectation for our nation, will only open the doors for the global looters like the left-handed thief on the Cross of Lord Jesus. They come as INVESTORS only to exploit our nation, further allowing a New generation of men and women of violence to breed in our mist as so-called New Age liberators.  The time has come for Africa to rise out of its suffering into the Golden Era of Hope. And heaven has a major HOPE for Liberia to lead the way to Freedom, Liberty, and Justice here in Africa for the rise of a unified Heavenly Africa centered on  God our Heavenly Parents.

V. Liberia As a Destiny Nation for Africa (DNA):

Remember our first flag had a cross not a star in the blue field ( see Figure 3 below) symbolizing our destiny to bear the cross for Africa’s liberation and ultimate unity, as Lord Jesus Christ bore the cross for the ultimate liberation of humankind from the sovereignty of E.V.I.L & S.I.N[12]. Also, our capital city was first called “Christopolis” not “Monrovia”, symbolizing our destiny to create a new Jerusalem City (or Republic) in a unified Africa; a city that Christ and God would be proud to call their own. Even our National Seal (see Figure 3) reflects Noah’s Ark with Liberia as a New Land of Canaan.

Of course, a review of our recent civil conflict period (1979 to 2003) and 177 years of independent history would clearly show heaven’s shame instead of pride with our national leadership ability. Thus, it is no wonder that heaven has allowed us a second chance to pioneer our true destiny, by allowing us the honor of being the first nation in Africa to elect a female President. Only the womb of a True Woman can give birth to a True Nation with the assistance of her True Husbands[13] as the Bridegroom. Madam Sirleaf’s elected leadership in 2011 re-enforces my thesis that Liberia, more than reconciliation, needs to be reborn as a New Liberia or a 3rd even 4th Republic.

The recent results of elections2023 centered on the same Unity Party and H.E. Joseph Borkai is a clear sign from heaven of Liberia’s final chance to redeem itself from Satan’s Dominion of Evil (D.O.E.) period of political leadership linked to the 2nd Republic[14] as a secular nation-state.  Historically this will be our last chance to make right the wrongs over the past 45 years from 1980 until now. After the civil conflict period from 1979 to 2003, we turned political power over to those who conceived, financed, and fought the civil wars, right after destroying 133 years of freedom, liberty, and justice for all by the power of the sword!

Many of them did so thinking they were patriots, fighting to liberate us from the self-centered corrupt leadership of the pioneers centered on the defuncted True Whig Party[15], who failed to properly build this nation on Christian principles. Only now after 13 years of peace under their own self-centered corrupt leadership have, we all come to understand that the results did not justify the means. Guns and violence have never and cannot resolve the evil in our hearts and minds. Only sacrificial true love[16], and the sword of truth[17] can cut through the darkness of selfish corrupt leadership and set this nation free to reach its true destiny.

From January 2024 forward we need to ask: “Who are these self-proclaimed leaders who dare seek our votes to lead us out of this living hell of poverty, ignorance, and disease amid an abundance of wealth?”. We need to scrutinize the party more than the leader because no “one person” can lead this nation anymore. It will take the collective effort of true Liberians working together for the sake of all of us. It will take a parental or family party[18] composed of a cross-section of our diversity but linked to our common patriotic interest to even understand our collective problems, let alone solve them. Currently, H.E. Joseph Borkai as the people’s choice is the best candidate to give birth to this New Liberia, but with his age and health factor coupled with his Vice President’s connection to the men and woman of violence in an unreconciled nation-state – we the people need to prayerfully protect him.

VI. My Recommendations for Vision 2030:

As of this year 2025, we only have five years left for the fulfillment of Vision 2030. Coincidentally, the same Party that framed Vision 2030 is once again in power to fulfill what they started. Of course, the question becomes do they have the moral will to complete what they started? Allow me to share with all Liberins four recommendations as my proposal for the way forward to secure better political leadership in Liberia now and in the future:

Recommendation 1: Collective Responsibility For Accountability

1. We should not allow people to run on individual tickets anymore. There is no accountability for their failures or successes. Some will say it is they democratic human right, but what about our democratic human responsibility? Democracy does not gauge the quality of leadership; it simply focuses on human rights. Quality of leadership is gauged by history. Responsibility is better carried by a group them a single individual, especially when there are no checks and balances linked to leadership accountability[19].

Look at the failures of Taylor’s government with the NPFL and recently the failures of the Unity Party government under H. E. Madam Ellen Johnson Sirleaf. Sure, they did their best, but it was not good enough because the emphasis was not on human development and love of God and country. Instead, we saw token infrastructures put in place but managed by a corrupt leadership class. And remember we have no transparent process of auditing or holding accountable our elected leaders. After the election, they can do whatever, they want with impunity and still be classified as Honorable and dignitaries. A typical example is our recently ended CDC-led government centered on H.E. George Weah. We all witnessed mafia-style murders, drug abuse, witchcraft, and human sacrifices all practiced publicly, with talks of a possible comeback in 2030. All of this goes to show that Selfish Individual Nature (S.I.N.) in politics is not good governance.

Recommendation 2: No Second Chance Without Repentance

2. We should not allow second chances for failed parties. It only encourages mediocrity and corruption[20]. If a party runs on a platform and fails to justify the results of their trust with the power, authority, and resources of our nation; they should by lustration[21] be given a chance to sit out at least one round of all elections, while reflecting and restructuring themselves for the future. After all, Good governance is not a game or a human rights issue. It affects all of our present and future lives; thus, it should only be given to the best of our best, until the second coming of Christ (Rev 21:1-8).

The ultimate role model of all leadership should be God our Heavenly Parents and those redeemed by them (Rev 21:3-8) not active sinful human beings. So, until the Second Coming of Christ as our True Parents, democracy allows governance for the people, of the people, and by the people. But it is the people’s responsibility to choose their leaders wisely with a True Parental Heart or bear the consequence of their wrong judgment. But today we see many of our men and women of violence becoming Preachers of the Gospel giving the impression they have reconciled with their past when in reality they are simply using the pulpit to protect themselves against retributive justice as in special courts and economic crimes.

Recommendation 3: Limit Political Parties  

3. We should limit the proliferation of political parties. TRC recommended three as a maximum number to be partially sponsored by the State. If we were to analyze the 20 to 40 political parties, we have in Liberia today; after allowing them to spell out their Vision, Mission, and Core values, we would see all their diversity embraced in at most three to four core parties, validated by electoral results over the past 26 years.  The constant flux of political parties is not the result of need, but rather the result of our political immaturity and the desire for selfish aggrandizement, even as the oldest independent democracy in Africa.

Recommendation 4: Only Proven Righteous Leaders Should Run Governments

4. Finally, we should start a national peace & character education or leadership program to supplement our national reconciliation process and upgrade the quality of our national leaders and civil servants. Our national fiber was destroyed, raped, and burned to the ground during the period from 1979 to 2004, yet today some of the very perpetrators along with our new leadership class are still posing as our national heroes, leaders, and Honorables; while the victimized citizens of Liberia linger around the world displaced due to widespread poverty, ignorance (through poor quality education) and rampant disease (as HIV/AID & Ebola). We need to upgrade the quality of our leadership class by letting them face the historical truth of their collective failed responsibility and thus repent to God and the Nation.

VI. The Dawn of Judgement Day in Liberia & Africa:

With the above four simple suggestions, I believe a new Liberia will gradually rise out of the ashes of our political past by 2030 as the fruit of our Judgement Day Scenario. Why do I say this? Through these four constraints a New True Parental Liberian Leadership Class, with heart and love for God and Country, will be able to rise to the challenge of Good Governance after this recently ended election of 2023. How will that be possible? I believe this will be possible through the testimony of the Spirit of Truth preached throughout the Nation. Let’s read the Book of John together:

“And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever; 17. Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not,   neither knoweth him: but ye know him: for he dwelleth with you (as Christians), and shall be in you (as the Holy Spirit). I will not leave you comfortless; I will come to you (the promise of the second coming of Christ at the end of the Age… Mt 28:20)” KJV, John 14:16-18

In the above verses LORD Jesus is telling us that though He will go to the CROSS for our SINS, He would ask His Heavenly Parents[22] to send another Comforter as the LORD of the SECOND COMING. He even tells us that this Second Coming Comforter will have a new name (Rev 3:12) and will be with Christians forever (thereafter) as their new Wonderful Counsellor, mighty God, Everlasting Father, even Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6-8). Of course, all of this could only be possible if this new Jesus as the Second Coming of the Only Begotten Son of God, was able to meet the Substantial Holy Spirit as the Only Begotten Daughter of God and marry Her in harmony with Heavenly Parent’s WILL! This would be the fulfillment of Rev 19:6-8 and the dawn of the Golden Age of Human History as they would become the 1st ever “True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind”,  what we call the True Parents Position (TPP). AJU!

“But when the Comforter is come whom, I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of Truth, which  proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me (referring to a male child born of the Holy Spirit like Jesus)” KJV, John 15:16

In this second verse, it is made clear that the Second Comforter will be called the Spirit of Truth and will represent “God the Father” himself as the other substantial “Word” mentioned in John 1:1 (the “Word that was God” [God the Father], in contrast to the “Word that was with God” [God the Son]) who came as the Only Begotten Son[23]. In this case, the LORD OF THE SECOND COMING would be like the Word once again seeking for the second time to be made flesh together with the Only Begotten Daughter of God.

According to the Science of Godism this second Comforter ( Rev Dr SUN MYUNG MOON)  called the Spirit of Truth would as LORD Jesus Christ be representing “God the Father position” seeking for the second time to be made flesh to fulfill the unfulfilled mission of LORD JESUS CHRIST. Thus, the mission of the LORD OF THE SECOND COMING  would be to prepare for and protect the victorious arrival on Earth - for the first time in human history - of God’s Bride Nation (the New Jerusalem) mentioned in Rev 21:2,  and He would be destined to be born through the “Only Begotten Daughter of God” (our Holy Mother Han… H.E. Dr Hak-Ja Han-Moon) who in turn would stand as the substantial Holy Spirit[24] on Earth. Regarding the preparation phase of His mission, it would be to indemnify all the past mistakes of the Chosen People before Him by separating everything from the Lucifer/Satan’s invasion[25] of the Garden of Eden.  This same process of separating all 8 Billion humankind from Satan’s lineage is the essence of the Final Judgement Scenario outlined in part 3 of our definition booklets.

In this case of the Second Coming of Christ, the Holy Mother Han would be the central pillar of Heavenly Parent’s providence on earth, not the Lord of the Second Coming. Notice in Rev 12:1-5 Heavenly Mother is symbolized as the Wonder Woman clothed in the SUN, with the MOON at Her feet, having a Crown of 12 Stars upon Her Godhead! It is she who gives birth to a male child destined to rule the nations of the World with an Iron Rod symbolized in Rev 19:13 as the WORD OF GOD! We believe from the bible quote of Rev 19:6-9, that this whole prophesy of the Wedding Supper of the Lamb was meant to take place between 1960 and to 1990’s. From I John 5:7 we are introduced to  Heavenly Mother as one of the recording Spirits in heaven called the Holy Ghost Spirit. In I John 5:8 we are introduced to the 7 Spirit of God on Earth (Rev 4:5) as follows: “And there are three that bear witness on earth, the Spirit (linked to the Holy Ghost Spirit clothed in the SUN & MOON), and the water (linked to the Word as the Source of the river of the Water of Life pouring down from Heaven to Earth) and the Blood[26] (linked to the Holy Ghost & Only Begotten Daughter of Heavenly Parents as the Source of God’s Blood Lineage Ascending from earth to Heaven)”.

We interpret this “Spirit of God” on earth to be the “True Parents of heaven (synonymous to  “God the True Father” ), Earth (synonymous to God the True Mother) and Humankind (synonymous to all the Blessed Families of Heavenly Parent’s Holy Community)” who were found to be worthy to stand together as the Eternal male & female Tabernacle of Heavenly Parents on Planet Earth capable of providing Physical Rebirth to All Humankind via the Holy Marriage Blessing Ceremony. Remember it is only through the Spirit (representing the Holy Ghost Spirit on earth as the SOIL/SOUL[27] of Heaven), the water (representing the fruit of the tree of life as Graviton sperm cell), and the blood (representing the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge as Levity Egg cell) that Heavenly Parents can bears witness to or experience EVERYTHING on earth.   

This is a summary of the value of the Final Judgement Day Scenario linked to the Second Coming of Christ and the First Coming of the Only  Begotten Daughter of God as the central pillar of the Providence of Restoration by indemnity. Please review Figure 4 to understand the three stages of this Comic development process.

VII. Towards A Cosmic TRC Process for World Peace and Unification

As I conclude please let’s remember how in 2005 we as the peace-loving citizens of Liberia initiated a transparent TRC process to guide us back to sanity, harmony, and unity. As part of that commission, I had the unique opportunity to travel throughout the land, listening to the painful hearts of victimized Liberians. How painful it was to see the fruit of our efforts pushed under the political rug of post-war Liberia. In hindsight, I realize it was inevitable because the very people who could have influenced our nation for the good felt marginalized or accused by the report instead of feeling repentance for their crimes against God[28] and their Country. Without repentance, they governed with the heart of entitlement not representing God but representing their Selfish Individual Nature (S.I.N.).

Since leaving the TRC  I have watched the governance process in Liberia, prayerfully hoping for a chance to further assist the Transitional Justice process to its Divine conclusion (Heaven On Planet Earth as New H.O.P.E.) through True Love Peace Education. Since leaving the TRC in 2010, I have prayed and worked privately through three organizations [the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (FFWPU), the  Universal Peace Federation (UPF), and recently in retirement the True Love Family Foundation for Peace and Development in Africa (TLFF)] for national peace and unity.

Yet with all such efforts over 15 years (from 2010 to 2025) under the leadership of the Unity Party and CDC Party, I have not seen the birth of a New United Liberian Leadership Class, capable of transforming or resurrecting our nation from death to life, for the final march into perpetual peace and unity here in the motherland of a new Africa. But since the election of 2017, with the 6-year performance record of H.E. George Weah and the CDC-led Government as evidence, I realized I was only imagining Heavenly Parent’s dream linked to the Spiritual Salvation of Humankind. I realize now that we simply lacked the leadership quality needed to properly rebuild a New True Liberia.  On this foundation of wisdom, of all my above recommendations number 4 is most important! Only proven men and women of righteousness should govern over us, not Satan’s child. Read Rev 19:8 where they talk about the Only-begotten Daughter of God who alone as the central pillar of God’s providence was able to stage the Holy Marriage of the Lamb:

“And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of the saints. And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.” KJV, Rev 19:8,9

However, with the recent election of  H.E. Joseph Borkai my H.O.P.E. (Heaven On Planet Earth) has been revived for a better future for Liberia.

VIII. My Conclusion and New Year Resolution as the Way Forward to 2030:

The Foundation believes the future of vision2030 will require a paradigm shift in Peace education if we hope to fulfill our national destiny by 2030. The core of this paradigm shift in peace-building education will be to move from mare generic skill/technical body education to a spiritual/character  Mind and Heart type education if we want to ensure the sustainable development of our nation centered on what the Science of Godism calls the Physical Salvation for Liberia in contrast to the current Spiritual Salvation agenda implemented by the Liberian Religious Community. Therefore, the True Love Family Foundation (TLF-Foundation) in partnership with the Universal Peace Federation (UPF-Liberia ) is personally spearheading a call for “True Parental Leadership[29]” as a new national leadership paradigm shift post-election 2023 and we challenge all Peace-Loving Global Citizens of Africa who love this nation to join us in implementing the New national Leadership Paradigm.

I, Amb Rev Gerald B. Coleman, am ready to lead this national endeavor to ensure that Liberia, through ECOWAS and the recently formed AU, will be ready to fulfill its destiny for Africa by 2030. Via the True Love Family Foundation website, I have outlined my plan of action for peace in Liberia through the formation of a True Love Family Party. This final diagram figure 4 symbolizes the birth of the Only Begotten Baby Cosmos (OBBC)  of our Heavenly Parents residing in Paradise Isle (Pi). This OBBC was born through the TRUE LOVE of Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother through Heavenly Mother's "Only Begotten Daughter" (H.E. Dr. Hak-Ja Han-Moon) of New Zion called the New Jerusalem Nation of Cheon-Il-Guk in 2023AD.

Notice how after the fall of Adam and Eve as the first Only Begotten Son and Daughter of God a miscarriage took place linked to STILL BIRTH (the Original Only Begotten Baby Cosmos Died) so Heavenly Parents had to develop the Providence of Restoration by Indemnity. On the right, we see three parallels of history showing how a short 1000-year period of Birth, Conception, and Delivery was changed into 6000 years of conception with the birth expected to take place during this 7th millennium age in which we live. It is on this foundation of wisdom that we prophesy CHeon-Il-Guk as the dawn of the Golden Age of Human History.

[4] Definition and Judgement of Babylon the Great: In Rev 17:1-18 we are introduced to a woman referred to as “a great whore that sitteth upon many waters. With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication”. This parable reminds me of the status of Global Nation-States built on Christian Principles like England, America, and now Liberia. In Rev 17:18 these global nation-states are referred to as the Great City which reigns over the kings of the Earth. Also, in Revelation Chapter 17,18 we are told that these once God-centered nation-states will be dominated by the "Beast of the Sea with 7 heads and ten horns", particularly during the hour of the 8th head of the beast linked to Global Communism and the rise of the United Nations.  This is all prophesied to happen because of her (Babylon the Great’s) excessive greed and lust for power thus the name Harlot. She sells her soul to the Devil. The only hope is to judge her; thus, the children of the Bridegroom as asked to leave her immediately or face judgment with her.     

[5] Definition of Microsonic Energy: Here we are introduced to the river of the water of Life mentioned in Rev 22:1. The Science of Godism refers to this as the G.O.D. (Gravity Ozone Domain) S.T.R.E.A.M.. We believe there is a stream of microsonic particles in the quantum realm of All Reality that we now call GRAVITONS. These are Planck bits of information particles that are gauged by the G-field around  Planet Earth.

[6]Definition of Liberia’s National Vision2030:  I believe the Liberian People under Vision2030 sought the ideal of “One Nation Indivisible with Freedom, Liberty, and Justice for All”  from their elected leaders, thus the motto: “ONE PEOPLE, ONE NATION, UNITED FOR SUSTAINABLE PEACE AND DEVELOPMENT”. Yet since the death of the 1st and 2nd Republic (1980 to now) the Liberian Leadership Class has not been able to deliver on this H.O.P.E. (Heaven On Planet Earth).  Even the Great True W.h.i.g. Party who had the motto: We Hope In God failed miserably. In principle, I believe without undergoing a transparent Cosmic Transitional Justice Mechanism (CTJM). This is the problem with Liberia today. no one wants to repent for what we did to each other. We all want to forget the past and simply move forward with our lives, But history shows this is not possible without the Physical Salvation of our True Parents.

[7] I don’t say this to judge our forefathers, because they did their best. But I say this from a holistic Worldview called Godism, centered on the Heavenly Parent’s will for humankind. In Gen 1:28 we are told what God’s will has been since the beginning of human existence on Earth. We were meant to be fruitful (perfect our Character), multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it (grow our human population centered on the dream of God-centered True Families... see figure 1), and take dominion over the sea, air, and earth (practice good governance, centered on peaceful co-existence).

[8] By “now” I am referring to the “United Nations” as the current global extension of Adam’s family. In our TLFF/UPF peace-building program, we refer to this as CAIN-UN in contrast to the ABEL-UN formed in 2006 via the Universal Peace Federation.

[11] We called this lustration… meaning a voluntary stepping down from political power for the sake of the nation if you have been involved in human rights violations. Instead, those same warring fractional Leaders felt entitled to political power on the assumption that they fought, killed, and destroyed the 1st and 2nd Republic for it, so they should be given a chance to be repaid for their efforts. Well, the Liberian people gave them that chance from 2005 until now.

[12] Here I use SIN to represent the acronym “Selfish Individual Nature” and EVIL to represent the “Eventual Vaporization of Individualistic Lifestyle” via the True Love of God. Human Beings can only evaporate their EVIL FALLEN NATURE after they have partaken in the Blood Lineage Transfer Ceremony officiated by the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind. This is the core value of Physical Salvation offered by the True Parents vs the Spiritual Salvation offered by the Blood sacrifice of the LORD Jesus Christ.

[13] With Christ as our national Bridegroom, Madam Sirleaf’s victory of 2011 symbolically placed Liberia and West Africa (ECOWAS) in the position of a Sixteen (16) Nation-State Bride in waiting for their Bridegroom as the Lord of the Second Coming (Mt 25:1) ! The decision of the Peace-Loving Global Community to give the Noble Peace prize in 2013 to the H.E. Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and Madam Bowen as a female Peace activist confirms heaven’s expectation for the Rise of a restored Eve culture of womanhood to lead Africa back to the bosom of Heaven On Planet Earth as the  New H.O.P.E. for Africa’s Physical Salvation. Note, in the same year 2013 H.E. Dr. Hak-Ja Han Moon, the Only Begotten Daughter of God, our Holy Mother Han in Her capacity as the Queen of Heaven’s Peace Kingdom on Earth (Cheon-Il-Guk) proclaimed Globally the beginning of the 1000-Year Rule of the Lord mentioned in Rev 20.1-6.

[14] Our Liberian 1985 constitution classifies us as a secular state, meaning spiritual and ethical values centered on God our Heavenly Parents were unimportant for political rule in Liberia, just as education is constitutionally unnecessary for Leadership in Liberia. During the period from 1980 to 1996 as per the testimony of Joseph Milton Blady, our 21st President Samuel K Doe worshiped the Devil and practiced black magic in the Executive Mansion. General Butt Naked - Wikipedia. Unlike the 1847 Constitution which was centered on God our Heavenly Parents

[15] We are told that the acronym W.H.I.G. in the “Liberian True Whig Party” stood for “We Hope In God”. Yet the fruit of the TWP's 111 years of Political leadership was shown to be centered on a Selfish Individual Nature (S.I.N.) plagued with witchcraft and human sacrifice instead of God’s ideal of loving your fellow man. I believe this shift in political ideal eventually led to the fall of the 1st Republic of Liberia as a Nation built on Christian  Principles and the rise of the current 2nd Republic as a Secular State built on the innocent Blood Sacrifice of the failed  1st Republic Leadership.     

[16] It was this sacrificial true love that TRC had hoped Madam Sirleaf, and others would have shown as lustration during Electron2011. Instead, they choose to reign with the heart of CCIMS (a Culture of Corruption and Impunity to the Rule of Law, Life, and Love, centered on S.I.N. {Selfish Individual Nature}).

[17] In Liberia’s case, the "Sword of Truth" would have been represented by the full implementation of the TRC process. Since this was never done we remain an unreconciled dysfunctional nation-state reduced to the status of killing our citizens to cover up our selfish individual nature.

[18] It is the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification that the Foundation seeks to nurture and develop nationwide before Elections2030.

[19] Our TRC report proposed lustration to protect the Liberian people but our men and women of violence simply ignored the will of the people centered on the high level of national corruption in Liberia.

[20][20] Look at the historical record of the True Whig Party and other governments of the 1st Republic, which after 133 years of governance had to be forced out of power in 1980 by men and women of violence instead of being raised to victory by the people. Read the story of the seven churches in Revelation Chapters 2 and 3.

[22] Here we are introduced to Heavenly Parents in the name of LORD JESUS’ GOD. In Rev 3:12 the LORD prophesied that he would reveal this to the 144,000 (12x12x1000) Saints of the Last Days, referring to those Christians throughout the realms who were blessed to return at the end of the Age to receive Him in His Second Coming!

[23] In I Cor 15: 21-28 we are told of the dynamics that will take place between God the Father of Heaven,   and God the Son on Earth during the Second Coming of Lord Jesus Christ. If anyone carefully reads these verses with prayerful sincerity LORD JESUS explains what to expect during the End of the Age of Religion when He appears on earth in His new form! This same scenario is again explained in Rev 21: 1-8.    

[24] Remember in John 1::32 we are told that the Holy Spirit descended from Heaven like a dove (symbolizing an Angelic Animal Form endowed with the spirit of peace) and abode upon LORD Jesus (meaning Lord Jesus was the temple of the Spirit). It was in this way that God had prepared John the baptize to recognize LORD JESUS as the ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD (John 1:33,34) who had the Spirit! Regrettably, with all this divine preparation John still failed to follow LORD JESUS. This showed he did not have the fruit of the Spirit within him as mentioned in Gal 5:19-26, he was still not awakened to who he was as a messenger of Heavenly Parents!

[25] Linked to the definition of the Fall: Had Lucifer not invaded the garden of Eden Adam and Eve would have naturally fulfilled their human responsibility outlined in Gen 1:28 as the three great blessings. Therefore, after they reached Spiritual maturity, symbolized as “Be Fruitful”, they would have been blessed in Marriage by Heavenly Parents to become the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind. Ultimately, they would have fulfilled the third Blessing of Dominion and Good governance centered on the ideal of True Love.  So, the LORD’s preparation mission had to do with the purification of the womb of all Womanhood so that no more Satanic babies could be born on Planet Earth. Since the Lord could not come back a 3rd time He needed to purify a sample set of the womb of All Womanhood as a purification ritual. I believe this was the hidden meaning in Mt 25:1 where we are told: “Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins which took their lamps and went forth to meet the bridegroom”. Why 10 virgins and not one? I believe this 10 represented 10% of the population of women serving as a base to return the Womb of All Womanhood TO GOD!

[26] Source of God’s Blood Lineage: While it is true that the man’s sperm is needed to fertilize a Woman’s egg for the birth of a child, it is the woman’s blood symbolic of LOVE that nurtures the embryo to full development.  This is why in Genesis 2:21-23 we are told that a woman comes from within a Man as a Man comes from within a Woman in Rev 12:1-5. Therefore the concept of the "Only Begotten Son and Daughter of God" represents a unique singularity as the Source of All Humankind; thus, the True Parent Position (TTP) is unique.

[28] The Old Testament Age laws clearly stated that lying, illicit sexual activities, and killing are against the will of God. [30] Definition of F.A.C.E. of God: We use this acronym expression (Final Avatar of Christ Energy) as mentioned in II Cor 4:6 and Rev 22:3-4 to mean - those who qualify on earth to represent the Perfect Figure-8 True Parental Role Model of Christ on Planet Earth. We believe such victors as Heavenly Tribal Messiahs qualify in the fulfillment of human responsibility to a new level of Physical Salvation outlined in Rom 8: 23 as follows: “And not only they but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit (referring to already existing Christians), even we ourselves  groan within ourselves (referring to the inner desire for more than Spiritual Salvation), waiting for the adoption, to wit (referring to a higher level connection to Heavenly Parents and Christ), the redemption of our (Physical ) body.”
